Do you offer free shipping?
India: Free delivery across India until the founding batch is sold out.
Canada: Flat CAD 10 delivery fee, with 30-day free returns on unopened bottles.
USA: Flat USD 10 delivery fee, with 30-day free returns on unopened bottles.
We currently ship to:

- USA
At the moment, we do not ship to other countries.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to send your package as soon as possible and intend for it to arrive within 2 weeks.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local courier services. If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your order details. If tracking is available, it will be included there.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us verify the issue, please share clear images of the damaged package or product. Once confirmed, we will send you a replacement.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks, please contact us. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I send an order to someone else as a gift?
Yes, you can place an order using your recipient’s delivery address if you’d like to send it directly to them.
Please make sure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.
